Chicken Corn Soup is the favorite recipe of half of the world. People enjoy a variety of soups in winter. Some famous soup is chicken, corn soup, hot and sour soup and vegetable soup. Today we are going to share the recipe of chicken corn soup. Try this it is easy to make and very delicious.
- Chicken boneless 200 grams (boiled)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 4 tbsp corn flour (mixed with a little water)
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- Carrot 1 (peeled)
- 2 onions (finely sliced)
- 3 cups boiled corns
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1-liter water
- 1 tsp soya sauce
Heat the chicken stock and water.
Now add finely chopped the carrot and finely sliced onion in the boiling water.
Over the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Now take out carrot and vegetables and discard them
Then add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, boiled and chopped corns and vinegar in it.
Now slowly add corn flour and stir continuously.
Let the ingredients gently thicker
Turn off the flame and add beaten egg while stirring to form threads.
Cook the soup on low flame
Turn off the flame while adding eggs
Continuously stir the mixture while adding corn flour.
