This policy explains what Mulk collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
When you use Mulk we collect the account details you give us — your name, email, and city — along with the reviews, photos, check-ins, and lists you create. We also record basic device and usage information so we can keep the service secure and working well.
We use your information to run Mulk: to show your reviews to the right people, rank search results, personalise the places we surface in your city, and send the notifications you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Your reviews, photos, ratings, public lists, and profile are visible to anyone on Mulk. Your email, saved places, private lists, and messages are not. You can switch your account to private at any time from Settings.
If you allow it, we use your device location to show places near you and to verify check-ins. You can turn location off in your browser or device settings — the rest of Mulk keeps working without it.
You can edit or delete any review, photo, or list you have posted, change what reaches your notifications, block accounts, or delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from public view.
We keep your content while your account is active and for a short period afterward so we can meet legal and safety obligations. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be kept longer to improve the product.
Questions about your privacy? Email privacy@mulk.pk and our team will get back to you within a few working days.
