These terms cover your use of Mulk — the website, the apps, and everything in them. Using Mulk means you agree to them, so it is worth a read.
Using Mulk
Mulk is a directory of businesses in Pakistan, built on reviews, photos, and lists from the people who use it. You may browse without an account; to post reviews, photos, check-ins, or lists you need to sign in and keep your details accurate.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting on Mulk you give us a licence to display and distribute it inside the product — on the listing, in search, on your profile, and in the feed. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
Honest reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Do not post reviews in exchange for payment, review your own business, or coordinate reviews to move a rating. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend accounts that repeat them.
Business owners
Claiming a listing lets you respond to reviews, update details, and run promotions. You may not remove honest reviews, impersonate a business you do not represent, or misrepresent your offers. Verification is required before owner tools unlock.
What is not allowed
No harassment, hate speech, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service. No content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content and accounts that cross these lines.
Availability
We work to keep Mulk running, but we provide it “as is”. Listings and ratings are community-sourced and can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm important details — hours, prices, bookings — directly with the business.
Changes
We may update these terms as Mulk evolves. When we make a material change we will note the new date here and, where it matters, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Mulk means you accept the current terms.
