Terms & Conditions

Mulk.pk is a community-driven platform that enables users to:

• Discover places and businesses
• Read and publish reviews
• Rate places and businesses
• Upload photographs
• Create and watch short videos
• Create posts
• Comment and interact with other members
• Follow other members
• Send messages
• Recommend missing places
• Check in to locations
• Participate in community activities
• Earn ranks and Reward Points; and
• Redeem eligible Reward Points for Mulk.pk-exclusive offers

Mulk.pk is a technology platform and community service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mulk.pk is not the owner, operator, employee, agent, partner, or representative of businesses listed on the Platform.

Mulk.pk’s consumer/member Platform is provided without a mandatory subscription fee.

Certain businesses may separately purchase advertising, promotional placement, premium business tools, or other paid services through the Mulk for Business Platform.

Those paid business services are governed by separate Business Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You must not:

• Pretend to be another person
• Create an account using false information
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Circumvent a suspension
• Use another person’s account without authorization; or
• Use Mulk.pk in violation of applicable law

Where age restrictions apply, you must satisfy the applicable minimum age requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Your account information
• Keeping your password secure
• Protecting your device
• Activity conducted through your account
• Notifying Mulk.pk of unauthorized access

You must not sell, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit your Mulk.pk account unless Mulk.pk expressly authorizes it.

Mulk.pk may contain information about:

• Restaurants
• Hotels
• Shops
• Hospitals
• Schools
• Universities
• Tourist attractions
• Government offices
• Services
• Entertainment venues
• Religious places
• Professionals
• Local businesses; and
• Other locations

Information may originate from businesses, users, public sources, third-party sources, or Mulk.pk.

We do not guarantee that information is always:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Available
• Licensed
• Safe; or
• Suitable for your particular purpose

Mulk.pk allows members to publish opinions and experiences.

Reviews represent the views of the individual author and not necessarily Mulk.pk.

You must only publish reviews based on genuine experiences.

You must not:

• Create fake reviews
• Purchase or sell reviews
• Review a business you have not meaningfully experienced
• Manipulate ratings
• Create multiple accounts to influence ratings
• Threaten a business for a favorable outcome
• Threaten a reviewer
• Submit reviews in exchange for undisclosed benefits
• Publish knowingly false factual allegations
• Use reviews to harass or extort
• Publish confidential information; or
• Coordinate review manipulation

Mulk.pk may remove, restrict, investigate, label, or decline to publish content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You may submit:

• Reviews
• Photos
• Videos
• Posts
• Comments
• Ratings
• Recommendations
• Place information
• Profile information
• Messages; and
• Other material

You remain responsible for your User Content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish it.

You must not upload content that infringes another person’s:

• Copyright
• Trademark
• Privacy
• Personality/publicity rights
• Confidentiality rights; or
• Other legally protected rights

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting content to Mulk.pk, you grant Mulk.pk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license, to the extent legally permitted, to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, display, distribute, communicate, promote, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate Mulk.pk
• Display content
• Provide Platform functionality
• Moderate content
• Improve the Platform
• Promote Mulk.pk
• Create Platform compilations
• Distribute content through Mulk.pk features; and
• Operate technical services supporting Mulk.pk

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Mulk.pk.

Content you intentionally publish publicly may be visible to other users and potentially accessible through search engines or third-party sharing.

Do not publicly publish:

• Passwords
• Financial information
• Government identification numbers
• Private medical information
• Home/security information
• Confidential business information; or
• Another person’s private information

Users may upload short videos.

You must have appropriate rights to all:

• Video
• Audio
• Music
• Photographs
• Logos; and
• Other material contained in your video

You must not upload:

• Stolen content
• Copyright-infringing content
• Non-consensual intimate material
• Illegal recordings
• Threatening content
• Exploitative material
• Malware; or
• Content prohibited by law or these Terms

Mulk.pk may provide:

• Following
• Followers
• Posts
• Comments
• Likes
• Messaging
• Feeds
• Profiles
• Video interaction

You must not use these features for:

• Harassment
• Stalking
• Threats
• Fraud
• Spam
• Impersonation
• Unlawful solicitation
• Malware
• Abuse
• Illegal activity

Messages are intended for lawful communication between users.

Mulk.pk may investigate reported abuse and may take action when reasonably necessary to:

• Protect users
• Prevent fraud
• Investigate abuse
• Maintain security
• Enforce these Terms; or
• Comply with lawful requests

Users should not assume electronic communications are absolutely private.

Users may recommend missing places.

By submitting a place, you confirm that the information is submitted in good faith.

Mulk.pk may:

• Verify information
• Edit information
• Merge duplicate listings
• Reject submissions
• Remove listings
• Correct information
• Restrict submissions

Adding a place does not give a user ownership or control over that business.

Mulk.pk may reward members for participation.

Users may earn:

• Reward Points
• Ranks
• Badges
• Achievements
• Exclusive offers; and
• Other benefits

Qualifying activities may include:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Photos
• Videos
• Adding places
• Check-ins
• Community participation; and
• Other activities designated by Mulk.pk

Mulk.pk may change qualifying activities, point values, ranks, rewards, or eligibility requirements.

Reward Points:

• Are promotional rewards
• Are not legal tender
• Are not bank deposits
• Are not securities
• Have no cash value unless expressly stated
• Are not transferable unless Mulk.pk permits transfer
• Cannot normally be sold
• Cannot normally be redeemed for cash

Mulk.pk may reverse points obtained through:

• Fraud
• Fake reviews
• Multiple-account manipulation
• Automated manipulation
• Abuse
• Errors
• Violations of these Terms

Reward Points may be redeemed for eligible Mulk.pk-exclusive offers.

Offers may have:

• Expiration dates
• Geographic restrictions
• Business restrictions
• Redemption limits
• Minimum purchase requirements
• Other conditions

The applicable offer terms control the particular offer.

You must not:

• Commit fraud
• Manipulate reviews
• Manipulate Reward Points
• Create fake accounts
• Scrape Mulk.pk without permission
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Circumvent security
• Introduce malware
• Conduct cyberattacks
• Harvest personal information
• Spam users
• Impersonate Mulk.pk
• Sell Mulk.pk accounts
• Exploit bugs
• Artificially manipulate followers, views, likes, reviews or rankings
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Facilitate illegal activities

Mulk.pk may:

• Review reported content
• Remove content
• Restrict visibility
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Restrict features
• Freeze Reward Points
• Investigate suspicious activity

Mulk.pk may use automated systems and human review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Serious Terms violations
• Fraud
• Fake reviews
• Harassment
• Illegal activity
• Security threats
• Reward manipulation
• Copyright infringement
• Repeated abuse
• Other conduct that creates material risk

Where appropriate, Mulk.pk may provide notice or an appeal process.

Mulk.pk does not generally control the conduct, products, services, employees, prices, availability, quality, safety, licensing, or performance of businesses listed on the Platform.

Transactions between users and businesses are generally between those parties.

Users should independently verify important information.

Mulk.pk content is generally informational.

Mulk.pk does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, engineering, safety, or other professional advice unless expressly identified as such.

Mulk.pk owns or licenses its:

• Name
• Logo
• Branding
• Software
• Platform design
• Original graphics
• Databases
• Features
• Mulk.pk-created content

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Mulk.pk intellectual property without permission.

Pakistan’s Copyright Ordinance, 1962 provides the relevant copyright framework.

Copyright complaints should be sent to:

A complaint should identify the copyrighted work, allegedly infringing material, location, complainant’s contact information, and supporting information.

Mulk.pk may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while investigating.

You must not attempt unauthorized access to:

• Mulk.pk systems
• Servers
• Databases
• APIs
• Accounts
• Business dashboards
• Administrative systems

Unauthorized access, interference, or electronic attacks may violate applicable law, including Pakistan’s cybercrime framework.

Mulk.pk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Complete accuracy
• Truthfulness of user content
• Safety of businesses
• Safety of users
• Availability of offers
• Accuracy of ratings
• Accuracy of rankings

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mulk.pk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Mulk.pk and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers against claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful conduct
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your misuse of the Platform

Creating an account, clicking “Accept,” checking a consent box, downloading the application, or using Mulk.pk may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms where legally permitted.

Pakistan’s Electronic Transactions Ordinance provides a legal framework recognizing electronic records and transactions.

Mulk.pk may modify these Terms.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, notifications, or other reasonable methods.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before initiating formal proceedings, users should contact:

and provide an opportunity for Mulk.pk to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking legally available urgent relief.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
